9. You aren't paying attention to trends

When it comes to the Food and Beverage industry, new trends pop up every other day. If you aren't doing your part to address these new trends and adjust your offerings to suit them, your guests will find somewhere else to dine.

  • Show alternate dates and times for booking slots that are already full.
