Part of the UpKeep team recently went to Alum Rock School District in San Jose, California. Alum Rock has nineteen K-5 schools and seven 5-8 middle schools in San Jose.
They employ over 1,300 staff and wanted a better way to streamline their maintenance and operations across their schools to ensure critical maintenance tickets did not slip through the cracks.
They recently decided to choose UpKeep as their software provider and entrusted us to help improve communication to their maintenance department. Their maintenance department has over 50 people servicing classroom improvements, new constructions, IT related issues, and more!
