A very warm welcome to Rachel Johnson – our newest Customer Success Manager!!!

Rachel, or Rae, is joining our CSM team to work with mid-market customer accounts. We’re glad to have her on our team, another wonderful liaison between UpKeep and our customers. Rae, a few of the common positive comments that we keep hearing about you across the board are:

1 – Your personality! You are so warm, friendly, easy to talk to and easy to understand. We can’t wait for you to bring these stellar qualities not only to our internal team culture, but also to the relationships you build with our customers.

2 – Your eagerness and openness to learning! You’ve shown us that you’re dedicated to constantly being better, and have a refreshing excitement to learn new things! With the nature of our start-up, this is key. We are all hands on deck, meaning that there will definitely be times where we all step out of our comfort zones or our predefined roles to get the job done. We’re excited to have you on board!
