How to Import Meter Triggers

When your team is looking to keep track of the usage of your Assets, you can go to our Meters section. This way you can track historical usage over time. You also have the ability to use Meters to set-up Work Order Triggers.

If you haven’t already, you’ll need to first create your meters or import them into UpKeep!

Once your meters have been set up, you can also import Meter Triggers if needed! This article briefly explains how to import your Meter Triggers.

How to Import Meter Triggers

  1. Download the sample template for Importing Meter Triggers
  2. Open the CSV in Excel or Google Sheets
    • Do not add, change, or remove any Column Headers in Row 1
    • Start adding your data/information in Row 2
  3. Once your data is filled out, save your CSV!
  4. Upload the CSV!
The maximum number of Meter Triggers you can import at one time is 200!
