In this article we will go over all the Home page screen in the Mobile App (iOS and Android)

Mobile App Home Screen and Work Orders Dashboard

By default the Mobile Apps (iOS and Android) show you the Home Screen Work Orders Dashboard.

When you first open your mobile app, this is what you'll see:

1 - Settings: Click here to access settings such as Notification management or Password change.

2 - Notifications Hub: Alerts about Updates on work orders assigned to you or that you created. Click on this and view Notifications.

3 - Work Orders Dashboard: A list of all Work Orders by Status, Due today and Highest Priority. Click on any of the options and see a list of Work Orders for just that option. Example: I click on High Priority, and the next Screen shows me that 1 work order:

4 - Edit Dashboard: Click on this, and you can edit what work orders show on the dashboard. Options are: ALL Work Orders or Custom. If you choose Custom, you can choose what you see:

5 - Work Orders List Page: This will take you to the Main work orders list page where you can see ALL work orders for your and the company and then filter down based on specific filters. (see below for more details)

6 - Create NEW button: This allows you to create NEW Work Orders, Assets, Part, Location, Meter or Request

7 - Request: Click here to access all Request submitted by you.

8 - More Options: Click here to access and view other areas of Upkeep such as locations, assets etc.

9 - Home Page/Work Order Dashboard Page: Click here to return to the Home page where the Work Orders Dashboard is Located.
