Integration Summary

With a SensrTrx and UpKeep integration, companies will move from calendar-based maintenance to condition-based maintenance by using data from the machines to trigger preventive maintenance work orders based on the number of parts produced from the machines and run times. Manufacturers can also collect process data from the machines to detect anomalies, automatically creating a work order request based on the condition of the machine.


How it Works


  • Step 1: Connect with your dedicated Customer Success Manager to understand and align on how UpKeep and SensrTrx will work together.
  • Step 2: Create a trigger to send meter readings from SensrTrx to UpKeep.
  • Step 3: Create a trigger to send work order requests from SensrTrx to UpKeep.
  • Step 4: Test the integration.
  • Step 5: You’re good to go! You have now moved to condition based maintenance.
