Going on vacation and forgetting passwords happens to the best of us! No worries, though. You can effortlessly reset or change your password within your UpKeep account.
⚠️Only the user themselves can change their password; admins do not have the authority to change passwords
If you don't receive the password reset email, remember to check your junk and spam folders. If it's still missing, send an email to [email protected] with your login email address and request a temporary password by saying "please provide temp password." 🔐🏖️📧🔀📮
How to Change Your Password On Web
Click on your Profile Icon (the person button in the upper right hand corner)
Then, select View Profile
Select Change Password (blue words under your email address)
Type in your Current Password
Enter New Password
Confirm New Password
Finally, click on Save or the checkmark box!
How to Change Your Password On IOS Mobile
Select Settings
Click Edit Profile
Then, tap Change Password
Enter in your New Password
Tap Save to save your new password!
How to Change Your Password On Android Mobile
Select Settings
Select Edit Profile
Select Change Password
Enter New Password
Save
Forgot your password?
Don't worry about forgetting your password--all you need is your email address to reset to a new one.
On the login page, go ahead and press the "Reset your Password?" option right below the login form.
