How To Create Work Order Categories

Using categories is important when creating reports. You can see on what type of Work Orders your team is dedicating their time to! This article explains how you can edit and create categories for your team.

How to Create New Work Order Categories

  1. Navigate to the Categories section
  2. Stay on the Work Orders tab
  3. Select +Category
  4. Click on the 3 vertical dots next to the Category to rename it.
