COVID-19 Construction Site Checklist

This template is for construction site supervisors. It answers the question, 'Should this construction site be shutdown today?' due to insufficient COVID-19 precautions. If all items are 'yes', the site is safe and passes inspection. If there is a 'no', you should consider closing the site and providing Code Enforcement or other senior personnel this information.
