Supporting Our Maintenance Community – Wounded Warrior Project
UpKeep Donates to Maintenance Needs in our Communities
This Veteran’s Day, we are honored to recognize members of our team and our community who have served in our military. To all – thank you for your service.
We are donating to the Wounded Warrior Project this week. The Wounded Warrior Project is an organization that supports veterans who have experienced a physical or mental injury during their service to our country. They work to provide recovery resources, opportunities, and a community for these veterans.
Veterans in Our Community
A special shout out to Michael Elliott, a Business Development Representative on our UpKeep Team, who served in the U.S. Navy during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. He was honorably discharged after four years of service, and he is an overall incredible human being! We’re so proud to have him on the team. Thank you, Michael, for recommending this cause!
Additionally, a few of our esteemed podcast guests and spotlight feature stories have also served in the U.S. Military. To:
- Fred Schenkelberg
- Ricky Smith
- LaWayne Smith
- Jim Lierow
- Peter Peart (serving in both the Australian and New Zealand Armed Forces),
thank you all for your service. We’re honored to know and work along side you! To all the other veterans out there, we thank you too for your service to our country.
