Welcoming Elizabeth Johnson to the UpKeep family as our new Customer Success Manager!

We’re thrilled to welcome Elizabeth Johnson to the team! Elizabeth is a Customer Success Manager with our CS team, and we’re so excited to see the impact she has both on our culture and our customers! Learn a little bit more about Elizabeth here after we asked some hard-hitting questions.

We’re excited to welcome you to the UpKeep family, Elizabeth! Tell us a little about yourself.

I just moved back to my hometown of Los Angeles after living in Santa Barbara for the last few years. I love doing yoga and hanging out with my cats and my boyfriend. I am currently on the hunt for the best bowl of pho in Los Angeles!

How did you first get into Customer Success?

I was looking for a job that would help me combine my love of problem solving with my love of helping people. A big part of Customer Success is building a relationship with your clients while being able to find creative solutions. Plus no two days are the same!

Why are you excited to join UpKeep?

I am excited to join a small but tight knit team as they grow. It also helps that I genuinely think UpKeep is an amazing product! 

What are your first thoughts about the culture and team so far?

The energy is infectious and everyone is so outgoing! There is genuine care for each other and the work we do which I really appreciate.

We have to know – what’s wrong with peanut butter?

I have hated – yes, hated- peanut butter for my whole life. The texture and the flavor is all not good. But I can eat regular peanuts. 🤷‍♀️

And finally, perhaps most importantly, what would you be if you were a kitchen utensil?

A garlic press because garlic is life.
